Identity Group Holdings Corporation Acquires Alchemy Dimensional Graphics, LLC

NASHVILLE, TN — Identity Group Holdings Corporation is pleased to announce the acquisition of Alchemy Dimensional Graphics, LLC, a leading innovator of interior signage solutions, based in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Founded in 2008, Alchemy currently holds several U.S. patents in polymer process technology, which are used in creating Alchemy’s unique product lines.

According to Identity Group Chief Executive Officer Brad Wolf, Alchemy’s technology development was a primary reason to add them to the Identity Group family. For example, Alchemy’s patented compression technology could be considered the new platform of choice in interior architectural sign specifications.
