Opaque white paint is quick-drying, water-proof and fade-resistant for an ideal solution to both indoor and outdoor conditions.  Paint has an excellent adhesion to glass, metal and plastics, while allowing for removal with detergent or ammonia based window cleaner and a damp cloth.  Substance adheres permanently to paper, wood and other porous surfaces.  Marker features valve-action mechanism which prevents paint in the barrel from drying when the cap is left off of the marker. Oil-based paint is non-toxic and xylene free.  Marker features a medium point.
