The first thing we’ll do is to create a custom monitoring program for you based on your specific needs. Our sophisticated management enables us to define various levels of service contracted for and automatically monitor and report on performance against these criteria. In other words, we tell you not only whether your infrastructure is connected and for how long, but also, what is the bandwidth of that connection?

In addition, we consider important operating parameters. What’s the CPU temperature? Is the fan running? What’s the fan speed? What are the voltages of the power supply? What’s the memory pattern? This along with other operating information is automatically analyzed to provide proactive alerting to possible issues that may arise on your system.
