BTD Wood Powder Coating finishes provide an upscale seamless finish, including contoured edges and curvilinear shapes. We contract manufacture for our customers such components as: tables, cabinet doors, casework, furniture, retail fixtures, P.O.P and OEM products. Our powder coated finish offers one of the highest quality, durable wood finishes available. We CNC and powder coat in our plant for optimal quality and on-time performance.

BTD finishes come in an assortment of textures including smooth, fine & coarse textures, pebble, veined, and hammer tone. Colors are virtually unlimited and gloss ranges from 5°-60°. Powder coated wood is a great alternative to laminate, solid surface, melamine, thermofoil, and liquid paints.

BTD is committed to environmental stewardship as its processes and product provide many healthy, green & sustainable benefits. MDF is known for its recycled content. Our vendor is also SFI-Certified (Sustainable Forestry Initiative-certified) and complies with CARB’s formaldehyde emission regulations. Powder coatings are environmentally safe with no solvents, no VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds), no HAP’s (Hazardous Air Pollutants), and no PVC’s thereby eliminating issues associated with vinyl coatings and edge banding. We reclaim our powder overspray and our sawdust is used for cattle bedding and wood pellets. BTD has a company philosophy of reducing waste, so it has its own recycle program.
