Metal Fixtures and Fabrication Capabilities
NICONAT metal fixtures include: counter units, floor units, lighting options, mirrors, tables, seating and more. The company uses state-of-the-art CNC machines and other equipment and technology for cutting, bending, stamping, welding and specialized metal operations, including: high-precision laser cutting and drilling from flat sheet stock to tube based material, enabling fabrication of intricate details, designs and shapes; CNC shear for cutting flat stock and sheet metal up to 1/4" thick; CNC press-brake for angled metal pieces & metal parts/components with radiuses; applications for wider, longer and irregular-shaped materials; rollers/tube bender for rings and radiused metal pieces, and rounded metal components and parts; brush or satin finish and metal polishing; welding machines for efficient operation for clean and fine beads for quality work; and, lathe machines for turning metal pieces with specified details and profiles into various shapes, forms and designs.
