    We have been in Shopworks since 2018. I can't believe we did it without for as long as we did. I used other systems and toured many others, nothing covers the ground Shopworks covers. It may not have all the bells and whistles that some of the others do, but if you have run decorated apparel production you know it's all in the details and that's where they have invested there time and energy building this out and updating this software.

    Great product!! I don't know how we did without it for the last 13 years. It has a large number of very useful features starting with tracking customer inquiries (sales leads) from our 3 websites, quoting using a very sophisticated and flexible pricing model, proofing, invoicing, production management, schedule tracking, and shipping. Shopvox integrated seamlessly with data transfers from our 3 websites and our Outlook email system, and transfers data into Quickbooks and UPS. We paid for one-week on-site integration and training, which went very well, and were up and running a few days later. We have been using it exclusively the last two months with no bugs that I have found. Any problems we have had (and there have been a few) were our operator errors, and Shopvox’s 24 hour chat help desk was very helpful in resolving these within an hour or so. We are a medium size national dimensional carved HDU, wood and metal sign design and manufacturing company with 17 employees and about 1500 orders and 5000 signs & plaques a year. We carry 25 product lines with hundreds of design variations and we have about 20 different manufacturing processes, so it was a bit of challenge to get ShopVox configured for our business; but integration and configuration went very well. I highly recommend Shopvox without reservation.

    ShopWorks is full of bugs. The software was designed on a platform called Filemaker, which itself has many limitations and quirks that cause ShopWorks to have the same. It is so bloated with features and has the absolute worst interface you've ever seen on any software. Because the software has grown in capabilities over time, things were "bolted" on and other things bolted on to those and so on and so forth. As a result, features are buried and almost impossible to find. It is the least intuitive software we have ever used. Also, permissions are a nightmare. The software will allow you to do anything, which is the problem because it allows you to constantly make mistakes. Data gets "orphaned" so you can miss jobs all together because they go into this place that we've stated calling "ShopWorks Never Never Land". If you make one small mistake or forget to check one box, your order can go into limbo and not get produced. ShopWorks offers a work around for everything, but the problem is, when you pay $20,000 for software, you expect that there shouldn't be a need for a work around. After 3 weeks we asked the owner for a refund and to return the software, he refused, and held up the contract saying we signed it and there is nothing he can do. We could never recommend this software to anyone.

    We have been using ShopWorks since we opened in 2001. It’s one of the best decisions I made. We now have 27 users and I am sure it is a huge reason we can give our customers a great experience.

    This was one of our best business decisions with the most dramatic bang for the buck. The impact on workflow and profitability is great, but most important is the reduction in stress. It’s like the whole company can breathe easier while being more productive.

    I couldn’t imagine a better system to accommodate all of our needs. ShopWorks has left nothing out. You make me wonder how we’ve gotten this far without it!

    We have used ShopWorks since 2001 and we know it had been a key part of our success – certainly to our organizational communication & structure & work flow – we have a great turn around & are very efficient!

    He took our entire company from Order entry to embellished goods through boxes leaving our plant to a different level. We went from a mom and pop shop to an organized and real-time production facility.

    I can’t imagine our business without ShopWorks anymore. My business has definitely improved since the installation and with the continual upgrades; I can only anticipate the best.
