The scope of work of DAVACO's graphics and digital signage installation services include: coordinating shipping and receipt of digital signage systems; unloading of all digital signage displays and equipment and moving it to the sales floor; notifying the client of signage shipment arrival, that all digital signage components are accounted for, and reporting of any missing or damaged items; installing signage per layout, elevation and per planogram; cleaning of all digital signage displays prior to installation and removing any debris post-install; reviewing installation with store representative and signing project completion form; notifying client of project completion and installation approval; and, conducting a customer satisfaction survey.
