Used for laminated store fixtures and POP (point of purchase) displays, medical industry fixtures, and cabinet components, 3DL is ideal for anyone who wants the three-dimensional capabilities and soft, rounded, seamless edges that membrane pressing offers. 3D laminates are resistant to chipping, cracking or breaking, making them a popular choice for retail store fixtures. In addition, their application seals the core panel substrate from bacteria and moisture, which make them an increasingly popular choice in healthcare settings.

Due to their ability to wrap around custom shapes, edges and contoured surfaces, designers often specify 3DL materials for POP displays, commercial hospitality components, office furniture and door/drawer fronts for cabinetry.

Premier offers a wide selection of patterns and designs including solid colors, realistic woodgrains and abstract patterns. Our membrane press has the capacity to process 3DL components up to 47" x 95" with thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 2". We can also flat laminate 3D foils on panels up to
4' x 8' with thicknesses ranging from 1/4" to 3".
