The large format HSE system offers our highest level of versatility for signage and display fabrication. Acrylic, foam, wood and metal are just a few of the materials that are commonly cut or engraved on the HSE laser system. Our 3D engraving technology has opened new avenues for artwork to be displayed on woods, acrylics and even specialty materials like IKONMetal

Engraving 3D images is made possible through our software that has the ability to read up to 256 different levels of gray. Our 3D engravings are above and beyond that of any other laser system.

Cutting Optimizer
Our Cut Optimizer feature guarantees that the laser cuts files in the most time efficient manner. This feature also forces the laser to cut all internal vector lines before the outside lines are cut. This feature is a must when cutting letters and numbers such as 8's and R's.

Line Smoothing
A unique Line Smoothing feature automatically adds more resolution to arcs and circles to produce a smoother cut. This is most evident when cutting acrylic and other materials that cut with a very smooth polished edge.
