MBH Architects Announces Appointments, Business Development Hire

Press Release from MBH Architects

Alameda, California—Award-winning firm MBH Architects  has some important staff news to announce: the firm has appointed team members Eddie Hall and Joanna Wong to associates and has hired Paula DeLiso as its new business development representative.  These announcements come on the heels of the firm being listed as the fifth top architecture firm in the Bay Area by the  San Francisco Business Times.

As an associate, Eddie Hall will be taking on more of a leadership role within the internal operations of the company while maintaining his position in MBH's retail studio, where he recently worked on Portland CityTarget. Known for his incredible technical abilities in Autodesk's Revit software and ability to streamline technologies, Hall "quietly proves his abilities every day in the office and clearly shares his technological knowledge with the rest of the team and company," says MBH Architects account manager John Schmid.

MBH  has also appointed international retail studio job captain Joanna Wong to associate. "Joanna's experience working with numerous teams at MBH has given her a broad foundational knowledge, and versatile technical skills," said studio director Monica Jamlang. With more than 12 years experience in retail, housing, and commercial projects, Wong will be involved in more of the internal leadership, where she will continue to help mentor junior staff, and work on global brands.

As part of MBH's  continued growth and reorganization of the business development department, new business development representative Paula DeLiso has joined the firm to open doors to potential new clients by attending conferences, and scouting new projects to collaborate on. With 30-plus years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, DeLiso is rich in knowledge and expertise. "Paula is already opening doors through her wealth of experience and connections," said founding principal John McNulty. "She is the consummate professional; we couldn't be more excited to have her on the team."
