MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), available in thicknesses from 3/8” to 1-1/8”, is painted, printed or laminated, machined and fabricated into components of your choice. MDF is stronger and provides a better surface finish than particleboard (PB). Sheet goods and finished parts are used in the manufacture of fixture, display, slatwall, cabinet and furniture components.
Clear-On-Clear UV finishes, as well as custom color matched opaque paint, offer greater options to designers, architects and store planners, over stock melamine and laminate colors.
HDF (High Density Fiberboard) is used in thickness from 3.0mm (1/8”), 4.8mm (3/16”) and 5.5mm (7/32”). HDF has a higher density than MDF making it the ideal substrate for pegboard and hardboard panels for store fixtures and P.O.P. displays. This material is an ideal substitute for tempered hardboard, at a lower cost. HDF forming lines have more master sheet sizes so that yields are better than sheets from single opening presses.
