Panel Processing produces shelving and shelf liners to your exact specifications for store fixtures, displays, kitchen and bath cabinets, and furniture.

Substrate options include particleboard, MDF, hardboard, HDF (High Density Fiberboard) and plywood.

Raw, seal coated, UV filled and primed, custom color-match painted, LPL melamine laminates, vinyl laminates, thermalfused melamine and HPL finishes. Paint finishes available with optional UV top coat. Woodgrain printing up to three colors.

Edge finishing to your specs: CNC straight-line and contour edgebanding in many thicknesses, edge foiling, flat and curved edge printing and tee-molding.

Kor-Board lightweight honeycomb shelving gives you thickness without the weight. An ergonomic and green alternative to thick PB & MDF shelves.
