Access Display Group, Inc., a Long Island, New York based custom display frame and fixture manufacturer, is proud to announce the hiring of Kassim Mirza as their new Marketing Writer and Project Coordinator. In this new role, Kassim was hired to bring a fresh, new edge to ADG's marketing strategy.
Kassim started as a freelance Copywriter Intern for the company. Very quickly, he displayed an affinity for not only the work, but the company's products and approach to communicating with their customers. Seven months into the internship, Charles Abrams, the President and founder of Access Display Group, decided to bring Kassim onto his team full time.
"We needed someone with a combination of writing, communications, and organizational skills to work with both management and our web team associates. Kassim learned a lot about our e-commerce marketing, SEO, as well as creating effective content on our B2B websites. I feel he has the desire and ability to help us meet our short term and long term goals," stated Charles Abrams.
Possessing a love of language and communication, Kassim holds a B.A. in English Literature from Hofstra University (2010) and an M.A. in English from SUNY Stony Brook (2012). He also holds Stony Brook's unique Graduate Certificate in Composition and Rhetoric.
Kassim plans to use his writing background to enhance customer engagements with the company's e-commerce websites. In addition, Kassim aims to spearhead ADG's social media initiative and offer people a candid and informative perspective of not only ADG's products, but its unique personal story.
