Grand + Benedicts Surpasses new Milestone in Sales

Press Release from Grand + Benedicts

Portland, Ore. – Grand + Benedicts (G+B), a global designer and builder of retail displays, announced a second all-time monthly sales record for October. G+B’s October sales beat their June previous high, and they also surpassed a new milestone in sales for the first time in company history.

While some increases in sales are chalked up to a stronger economy and fewer supply chain issues, much of this achievement is attributed to business strategy and valuable employees.

“ Each of you contributed to these monumental achievements”, said John Phillips, CEO of Grand + Benedicts, in an email that went out to all employees. From a bustling warehouse expediting orders at record rates to a sales team working hard to keep up with increased demand, it was a collective effort across all departments that made this happen. New company websites expanded the customer base, and the design team played a pivotal role in helping clients succeed.

“ These are very exciting times, and a party is in order! ”, said Phillips. “ We plan on pulling out all the stops to make this celebration special. ”

When covid hit sales briefly plummeted at Grand + Benedicts, but the company quickly navigated the pandemic by pivoting to making plexiglass shields for checkout counters. G+B also kept sales going due to its diverse portfolio of clients and increased demand from grocery stores and other essential job industries.

While G+B bounced back strongly in 2021, this year was exceptional and the strongest in the company’s history and beating downward industry trends.
