UNIQ Project is Well Under Way!

Studio H2G is proud to be collaborating with TURKMALL in the ongoing development of UNIQ Istanbul. The project is an exciting mixed use development with two performance halls, first class office space, civic uses, services, retail and food gathered into one amazing historic site. Slated to open in 2014 the project is being labeled the "Beat of the Heart of Istanbul". This project will add to TURKMALL's 6 million m² of retail construction area, resulting in 3 million m² leasable retail space.

Studio H2G was asked to join TURKMALL's talented team to bring a high level of retail strategy, planning, and design to the status this project requires and deserves. Through our several 'headstogether' sessions with the team we were able to position the entire project toward measurably higher profit potential and truly help make UNIQ~Unique.
