Merchco's trained Project Coordinators are capable of becoming an extension of your own team by providing full project supervision of the customer's and/or Merchco provided employees, trades and suppliers at the field project level. Out Coordinators have the ability to take a project from shell to soft opening using your established standards and guidelines supervising the fixture process, merchandising training and stocking, trade coordination, administration, reporting duties and turnover to store operations personnel.
