Product Details

We use an Elumatec DG 244 Dual Head Mitre saw for efficient and clean extrusion cutting. With the ability to hold multiple pieces at once, this machine decreases our production time and allows us to process large quantity orders.

The Elumatec DC 79 Double Mitre saw is used for small quantity orders, allowing us to focus it on the many different smaller projects and custom applications.

Our 4-Axis C.R. Onsrud CNC Router gives us the ability to cut many different materials (wood, aluminum, PVC, acrylic, etc) to fabricate a 3D element to our product line. Just to name a few: custom counters, cabinetry, and dimensional letters. The 5' X 12' tabletop allows us to cut oversize sheets of material for these applications.

With the introduction of our 14' X 20' Cross Flow Paint Booth, we offer automotive level finish on aluminum and steel, as well as a cabinet grade finish on wood. The custom air filtration system guarantees a smooth, unblemished end product.

The welding station is suitable for both aluminum and steel fabrication, allowing us to expand our custom manufacturing capabilities.
