Each installation is warrantied for 12 months from the date of completion and once your equipment comes out of warranty, McCann’s industry-leading service programs can deliver the peace of mind you need to focus on your meetings and presentations. You will feel confident knowing your audiovisual equipment will perform as designed.

Through our dedicated, toll-free service number and email address, McCann’s certified technicians are on call to perform emergency and non-emergency service for all McCann installed and non-McCann installed systems. As a first step, your service contract includes unlimited phone support with one of our certified technicians or engineers. If the problem persists, a member of our service team will be dispatched to your site, often within one business day.
