Off The Wall Company LLC, a Store Design + Décor, Fixture and Display manufacturer based in Telford, PA has announced the addition of Roger Messier to its business development team. With more than 30 years in business development with various companies, Messier will partner with retailers and brands on both design and manufacturing solutions.
