Carpet Carousel | Ipris-Profil

The Ipris-Profil carpet carousel is a vertical automated system for storing and displaying rolls of carpet, vinyl, artificial grass, film for stretch ceilings or swimming pools, and upholstery fabrics of various widths, diameters and sizes. The motorised carousel, operated by a single operator, allows the required amount of material to be retrieved quickly and safely without removing the roll or manually unrolling heavy samples. To measure and cut the required amount of material located on the carpet pattern roller, whilst simultaneously winding it into a roll to be handed over to the customer, we also offer carpet cutting machines.
Upon pressing a button, the carpet rolls begin to move in a circle until the roll selected on the display comes to a stop in the working area.
Only trained staff have access to the carpet carousel controls; unauthorised persons cannot operate it. To ensure safety, the top of the carousel features a protective screen, which can also serve as an advertising display in the shop.
Ipris-Profil offers three types of carpet carousels: one is more commonly used for the sale of roll-form flooring, whilst the other two are designed for both storage and sale (they accommodate a larger number of rolls thanks to their multi-row design – up to 67 rolls with a diameter of 400 mm at a total height of 5 m).
To transport rolls to the carousel and load them onto its roll shaft, Ipris-Profil offers a roll trolley.
The design of the original Ipris-Profil carpet carousels features an aluminium star bearing the brand name and website address to protect against counterfeiting.
