ISO 9001:2008/AS9100C-certified General Plastics develops and manufactures cellular solid polyurethane and polyisocyanurate rigid and flexible foam products, including its signature LAST-A-FOAM® brand series and build-to-print composite parts. Beyond the aerospace and defense partners our company has served since its earliest days, we are privileged to support engineers and design teams in many dynamic industries. Today’s LAST-A-FOAM® products, offered in densities ranging from three to 50 pounds, satisfy a wide spectrum of applications. In addition to producing our signature rigid and flexible polyurethane foam sheets, we also mold, machine, fabricate and construct parts and assemblies for diverse commercial, industrial, military and composite-manufacturing applications. Production parts are build-to-print composite parts. Through its distributor network, General Plastics exports products for the aerospace and defense, nuclear containment, prototype/modeling, construction, dimensional signage, testing, marine, solar and wind energy industries. Its products meet NQA-1, Mil-I-45208A and Boeing Company D6-82479 quality systems. Our capabilities include:
